Is it really free to start?

Yes — you get 2,000 messages for free with no payment required. Just log in with Facebook and start broadcasting immediately.

Who can I message?

Only people who have already messaged your Facebook Page. We do not message your full follower list. Within 24 hours you can use standard messaging. Outside 24 hours, sends use Meta-approved utility templates — not ads, coupons, or sales pitches.

How many Facebook Pages can I use?

All plans support unlimited Facebook Pages. Your message quota is shared across all pages. Sapphire and Platinum include Auto All Pages mode so you can broadcast to all your pages sequentially with one click.

Is my Facebook account safe?

We use official Facebook OAuth — we never ask for or store your password. We only request the minimum permissions needed to access your page conversations. Your access token is stored encrypted and never shared.

How do renewals work?

Plans are prepaid. There is no automatic charge — renew manually with crypto before your plan expires. When the period ends without renewal, your account reverts to free status.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Bitcoin Lightning. Scan the QR code or copy the invoice and pay from Binance (or any Lightning wallet). Activation is automatic after the payment settles — usually a few seconds.

How do I get my Facebook Page token?

Click Connect Facebook, grant permissions, and Page tokens are stored on the server. Never paste a token into Broadcast. Use Refresh pages to reload the list; use Reconnect Facebook only when tokens expired or you changed the Facebook App ID/secret.

Why are some messages failing?

Most failures are outside the 24-hour messaging window (need a Meta-approved utility template or a named starter), a blocked user, or an expired Page token. If you recently changed the Facebook App ID or secret, reconnect Facebook — old tokens cannot send. Retrying the same dead token will not help.

Custom message vs named starter — which should I use?

Inside 24 hours, a custom (freeform) message is the usual path. Outside 24 hours, pick a named starter template when Meta requires one, or keep Custom — CastMe sends it as a plain utility body, not as someone else’s starter. Mixing those two modes is what used to fingerprint the wrong template.

What delay / speed should I use?

Default Balanced is honored as-is (it is not upgraded to Turbo). Use Safe if Meta rate-limits you. Fast and Turbo raise pace and can trigger Graph throttling — they do not bypass Meta’s rules. The same presets apply in Settings, Broadcast, and Scheduling.

Inbox says the 24-hour window is closed. Can I still reply?

Human replies in Messenger follow Facebook’s 24-hour policy. After the window closes, use a utility/starter path from Broadcast, or wait until the person messages the Page again. Inbox badges show open vs closed so you do not send a freeform reply that Meta will reject.

A campaign finished — why would Facebook login appear?

It should not. Reconnect is offered only when a send fails at 0 delivered because the Page token is dead. A completed campaign (even with some failed recipients) does not open Facebook OAuth. If a toast asks you to reconnect, use Settings → Reconnect Facebook once, then retry.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Click Upgrade in the top bar and choose a plan (Lightning/Alby checkout). Page tokens still follow Facebook’s usual ~60-day lifetime and must be reconnected if Facebook expires them.
